
Chocolate Keto Frosting

1 1/3 cups (107g) Organic Cocoa Powder
2 cups (448g) Butter
5 cups Confectioners Sweetener
3-8 tbsp Non-Dairy Milk
1 tsp Espresso Powder
3 tsp Vanilla Extract

Special equipment: Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer
Begin by adding the cocoa powder to the bowl of the stand mixer. Turn it on to low and whisk for a few seconds, getting out any lumps.
Next, put in the butter and cream together for a couple of minutes.

Stop the mixer and gather the butter mixture at the bottom of the bowl. Pour in 1 cup of sweetener and a tablespoon of the non-dairy milk, then mix on high for 1 minute. Continue to repeat this process until all the sweetener has been added. If you want a thinner frosting, add in a tablespoon of milk at a time, whisking on high until you reach your desired consistency.

Final add in the espresso powder and vanilla extract, then whisk again on high for 1 minute. Remove the bowl from the stand mixer and stir the frosting with a rubber spatula to make sure everything is well combined.
