Keto Breakfast Sticks

1/3 cup (56g). Mozzarella, shredded
1/3 cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 large Egg
1 tbsp (8g) Lupin Flour
2 tbsp (15g) Cashew Flour (can substitute with Almond Flour)
1 tbsp (8g) Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Confectioners Swerve
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum
6 Sausage Links

Special Equipment:
Corndog Maker
6 Corndog Sticks


Preheat your Corndog Maker.

Add all the ingredients except the sausage to a small mixing bowl. Mix well until you have a thick batter. Put the stick in the sausage and set aside. Now add half the batter evenly to the six corndog placements on the griddle. Lay the sausage on top of the batter then top with the remaining batter.

Close the lid of the corndog maker and let cook until the red light turns green about 3-5 minutes. Once done, remove them to a plate and serve with sugar-free syrup.
