Low Carb Yogurt Parfait


Servings: 1            Prep Time: 15 mins              Cook Time: 10 mins


3/4 cup Two Good Vanilla Greek Yogurt

1/3 cup Keto Granola

14 g Lily’s Chocolate Chips

4 tbsp Sugar-Free Whipped Cream

1 cup Strawberries (frozen or fresh)

2-5 tbsp Pyure Confectioners

1 tbsp Water

Add or remove whatever you want

Place strawberries, 2 tbsp Pyure confectioners, and 1 tbsp water in a saucepot over medium heat. Cook until fruit is soft and easily mashed. Puree mixture in a blender then pour into a strainer over a bowl to remove seeds. Refrigerate for an hour.

In a bowl, mix yogurt and 1-3 tbsp Pyure confectioners. Skip this step if you like the sweetness of the yogurt. Put half of the yogurt in a glass. Next top with a tablespoon and a half of the puree, followed by half the granola and chocolate chips.

Repeat this process then top with whipped cream.
